Refund Policy

Returns:
Our return policy is simple and fair. Try out your Mattress Cooler for 30 days....if it doesn't work out for you just send it back to us and we will refund your purchase price less a $20 restocking fee. We then inspect it, run a 24 hour bench test, and try to find a new home for it by discounting and selling it as a "Refurbished" item.

While we do accept whole boxset (Cooler + Pad and accessories) returns. We do not accept individual Mattress Cooling Pad returns. If your cooling pad is unopened please contact us to inquire about an exception.
